Opt-in Workflow Description

Alecsgroup collects SMS consent during the user registration process on the publicly accessible Alecsgroup website.

During registration, the user enters their mobile phone number and is presented with a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is separate from acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The SMS consent language informs users that, by checking the box, they agree to receive SMS/text messages from Alecsgroup for informational and security-related purposes, including:

Verification codes
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Account notifications
Security alerts
Fraud alerts

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to accept the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or use Alecsgroup services. Alecsgroup does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages through this messaging program.

The registration page clearly identifies the business as Alecsgroup and provides access to the applicable Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Customer support information, including support@alecsgroup.com, is available on the website.

The primary opt-in URL submitted for verification provides direct public access to the registration page and displays the phone number field and complete SMS consent language without requiring the reviewer to log in or request access.
